This year we celebrate at home, because we don't want Angah to spread the chicken pox to other cousins and nephew.
Speaking of chickens, they are one of the most amazing creatures to ever walk on the surface of the Earth, because they're delicious.
But I hate the chicken fat. You know, the colorless ones that got stuck on your chopping board after you chop them? Then you'd have to use the scrubber to get them off your chopping board.
Yeah, that fat. But the end product is worth it anyways, so I won't complain all that much.
