Health

A lot of people had touched about this subject before. My friend Nadiah-san said having good health is required in Islam.

Yesterday, a kakak talked about being able to sujud perfectly (having perfect limbs and all).

And yes, one thing youths always, always, ALWAYS take for granted is our health.

*~*~*

One time, I had this gastric attack, and sujud became really painful.

At that time, the nikmat of performing sujud to Allah came by to me as very valuable.

*~*~*

One time, my grand aunt told my Abah this:

Opah We: Janji dapat sembahyang berdiri tu kira dah baik la tu, Amir.

(Opah We has problems with her legs. She has to pray sitting down now).

*~*~*

When we're young, we take our health for granted (gastric? Still can get medicine).

But when we're old (if we're able to reach old age anyway), health might be something far away from us (there's no cure for old age, mind you).

Thus, take care of your health. Even when you're young.

And be grateful you can perform ibadahs to Allah perfectly.
