How do cicaks die?

I think, cicaks are reaching their peak right now. There are so many cicaks, both at home and at college.

Did they eat something?

With so many cicaks around me, I wonder why you seldom see dead cicaks as much as you see living ones.

Can cicaks have a heart attack and die?

Other than the common way of dying (like being tersepit at the corner of a door, like the one we have in our bathroom door currently), I don't really know how else a cicak can die.

Next time, someone should try surprising a cicak, let's see if it could die of a heart attack.
