Me not watching television (or any kind of US shows) sometimes most of the time gives me trouble here.

Just now in chemistry lab final exam--Bonus question was: Bill, Lafayette, and Sookie are famous characters in what show?

When it comes to TV shows, and people start discussing about TVs, I usually lost the thread of conversation.
